It hasn't, I said this on the initial questionnaire. I was very happy with the long lasting colour, lovely shine and the grey coverage and how long it lasted. We look forward to blending your next color soon! ❤️. I did like the packaging and thoughtful extra items to support the dyeing process. Happy to have tried it but will return to my default product. Nothing makes us happier than hearing our clients are pleased with their experience, and our colorists love creating the perfect shade for our clients. My hair came out beautiful! The next color they sent was a pale blond, much paler than my own color, giving me a very odd look (it's ok for roots to be darker than main color, but lighter looks like gray when you're on Zoom business meetings as well as when you're at home on lockdown). I did upload a picture so the colorist could see my picture prior to selecting my color, so I think that really helped. It's a no brainer. This is ridiculous! I couldn’t be happier. The first color I received was way too red/pinkish. Was very happy at first with the product and the customer service, as we fine-tuned the color.
